Embedded Client TC
Remote solutions are becoming more and more important for the operation and visualization of machines. Particularly the central software installation and maintenance of a server lead to considerable cost savings compared to applications with several panel computers with complete installation. In addition, the increasing circulation of web servers in PLC and SCADA systems lead to further savings for the client license costs.
Thin Client / Web Terminal / ERP/MES Client
The embedded panel TC is dedicated to thin client applications, remote operating solutions and web visualization. They provide a lean embedded operating system (Windows XP Embedded/Windows Embedded Standard or Embedded Linux) which has been especially adapted to the ETX platform. It contents also the client software, e.g. ERP/MES/SCADA client or web browser. TC panels are fanless devices and use CompactFlash memory.
Due to its support of Windows Embedded Standard (formerly Windows XP Embedded), the panel is optimally suitable as ruggedized and energy-efficient ERP or MES client.
The panels are characterized by high operational reliability at rough
conditions, provide IP65 protection class all-around and are prepared for support arm or pedestal mounting.

TC as VNC client (remote operator station)
Remote operator stations can be realized with
- VNC or
- Windows XP Prof. and Remote Desktop Access
TC as multi-user station
Multi-user operator stations within a client/server architecture.
